So I’ll start with the positives, this desk is super cute, matches my aesthetic for my setup, it’s big so plenty of room for everything while also fitting in a small space, I love the inclusion of shelves and holes for cables and it’s the perfect height. As for the negatives, it was a bit difficult to assemble most because it was confusing at parts, for example the back board that connects the two shelves together was a bit confusing with the dowels (it says two on the outside bits but it’s actually just one in the middle on both ends) as well as the bottom pieces not having pre drilled holes so you’ll actually need a drill for that bit to connect the pieces together and then to the desk, and lastly the top of the desk, the picture shows the placement of the screws but when going to place the top part on we quickly noticed the holes didn’t line up and we needed to move the screws over to match up, but after all was said and done it does feel sturdy, it again looks really nice and I’m happy with it even though there were a few frustrating/confusing parts along the way. If you do get the desk you’ll need more than one person for assembly at least for the confusing parts I mentioned but it overall didn’t really take too long to get everything fully setup and ready to go.Ok where to start.....first things first, not going to deny, this desk was a little bit difficult to assemble so if your looking for a 30 minute job find another. Once it is assembled, it is light. The design is quite nice and simple for gaming. However as you see in the pictures we did do some altering. I needed the grommet hole on the other side as that is where my power cord was located then we also put in a fan and thermostat. So this desk easy to make alterations too and with enough ease you won't break it. Just know what you are doing with a power tool: overall I'm pretty happy with this desk. It is a good height and width for a smaller space. I would recommend getting monitor stands and the stand bases will take up some room for sure. Techni could have done a better job at making sure the pieces line up especially on the toe kicks
