I purchased this for my teenage son and he really enjoys using it. He's able to do so much with it and appreciates the versatility of this product. Strong, Sturdy, Storage, Great pricing and it comes with much more than a regular desk. I'm pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend to everyone????????I converted my minivan into a camper and work from home. This laptop desk is perfect in size and sturdiness. The only thing is the mouse pad part isn't for lefties, but I can use either hand...so it's cool. The fans are helpful. The leg space is great.After surgery, I was not able to sit up. I ordered this desk and it does what it says it will do. I'm able to adjust the level and, to some extent, the height. Only bummer - I'm left handed so I have to reach slightly to my left when typing. But overall - it fits my needs. No neck strain or fatigue when lying nearly flat on my back.This is a great lap desk, sturdy thick plastic, but still lightweight enough that you can carry it around with you. The mouse pad on it is nice and smooth, your mouse will glide right over it; the little compartment under it is great for storing flash drives, cables, dongles, etc. The hub, though only 2.x, works great with no issues at all.Only problem I have is, the USB cable that came with mine (It connects your computer to the hub and also powers the fan and light at the same time) is messed up. It powers the hardware just fines, however, the jankiness of the cable prevents it from using the data lines properly so you end up with lots of "USB Device not recognized or sudden disconnects because you slightly touched the cable. Unfortunately, it's a mini A cable, which I do NOT have any extras of anymore. So I'm stuck with a jankie and broken cable till I can dig one up from the ancient past.So far nothingIf you're looking for away to convert from atable or desk to a stand up computer workstation, this item just might be the ticket. We're full time RVers and I needed something to help with ergonomics when spending alot of hours in remote work.This little table is quitesturdy and stable feeling, fits my 15" laptop just fine (and yes, it overlaps the mouse pad a little), the mouse pad is quite large, and it fits my galley table perfectly and I don't plan on tilting the computer section or teh mouse pad.I didn't need all the bells and whistles this has, but the tilting sections to "snap lock" into place when closed, the little reading light is a nice touch (requires batteries) and having storage under the 2 sections is nice for things like the included USB cable (needed to run teh cooling fan) and other small items.Cooling fan works well and is very quiet.The onboard USB hub doesn't appear to work, but that's a non-issue for me. I already have a good hub. But it does mean only four stars because of the USB hub, an issue that was mentioned in several reviews.The legs don't jave any rubber/non-skid padding. To avoind any slippage I'm using a bit of non-skid shelf liner and that seems to do teh trick...so be aware, on a smooth surface...it could skid out and onto the floor.All in all it's a good little option. Now we'll see how it does in our travels.I love the compartments and it's amazing how tall it can get. My issue is that after the first 2 days the nodules that hold the bigger compartment closed broke when i tried to open it. Everything still works well and the light on the side comes in handy for typing late at night, but you might want to work on that, i don't even open the smaller one anymore
