I thought this Air cooler would work better than the one I previously owned. The good thing is it did not leak water. The first airspeed did not meet my expectations. The second and third speeds only shortened the run time, which would be normal. The air did not feel any different with the misting function on. The battery info on the packaging/description says 5200mah and on the product, it is marked 5000mah.I almost returned this. Maybe I should have. The lid on the water compartment is always coming off, which has resulted in several spills. I thought this fan might be a neat option to stay cool in my van. It does seem to do a little better in the heat because of the water compartment. On my fan without that option I only get hot air when super hot. So I get a bit of extra relief with this one. But it is not very versatile for van life.....definitely needs it’s on special place so as not to have spills. Air flow can can be directed slightly upward but that’s all. The mist that does come out is so so strong either. But it’s something. Can’t say I’d order another.Its an ok fan. I put ice water in the top and not much difference in the temp of air coming out. Its very cute for the desk or putting it on your face at night while you sleep. Does not reach far, so don't expect it to cool down a room or small space. It also DOES NOT COME WITH A CHARGER CABLE. You need to purchase your own. I was under the impression it was included. No remote control.I used it inside and it helped cool down faster with bottom vent central air. I bought it to help fight the heat in my car because my car AC was broken. In April it helped with the windows down if I was stationary. I tried to cool the car before getting in it and that did NOTHING. I EVEN USED ICE CUBES. The ice melted in minutes. By May it didn't even make a difference.Water does spill out if tilted. I flipped it several times and the lid came off every time.I bought this cooling fan while I had to keep my cat locked in a stuffy bathroom to recover from a medical condition. I was pleasantly surprised at its ability to cool, the flexibility of using the mist option and aiming the fan at three different speeds, and the battery life (I left it going all day while I was at work and it never ran out). I took it with me to camp, and this thing was a pro at keeping the cabin cool and circulating air for a week straight. My only (minor) complaint is that when it is turned on an indicator light blinks continuously, and it was bright enough that I wished I'd brought some electrical tape to cover it. I'd buy again and again, though!It’s easy to use, but I thought it would be larger.
